![This right here is a scary and sad statistic! I’d like to take a moment to tell you girls why I do what I do. I don’t wake up and run because I think I’m fat. I wake up and run because I never regret the feeling. I don’t post pictures of girls because I want to be them. I post pictures of girls because WE (all of us even you) are beautiful and inspiring. I don’t eat healthy because I’m terrified of an ice-cream cone (believe me I can devour some ice-cream). I eat healthy because afterwards I feel good about myself and my stomach doesn’t feel like a grease pit. I believe that all of you are gorgeous and I don’t want you to ever feel like you are anything less than amazing. We were all made beautifully.
